		<description>Headhunters can be a definite asset in the job search.  I often will advise clients who are really interested in a specific company to call up the HR department and find out which headhunter or staffing company they use.  

Definitely that is one way to get in.

It almost seems as if graduating with a 4 year degree does not really give you that much of an advantage nowadays, a good  resume will get you farther. It seems like the best way to get any type of leg up on the competition is to have some type of experience.</description>
