From what this article says, it looks like some recruiters are pushing the limits of job interviewing beyond the real world and onto the virtual one… to the point that we now need advice on how to dress for an interview on Second Life.

Apparently, this could save recruiters money and reveals more about potential candidates than they realize… This may be true, but instead of relying on clues here and there, what about just meeting candidates in person, the old fashion way?
